Introducing Apex Afternoons on Motorsport Ranch's 1.3-mile course with Hagerty Driver Club!
Are you looking for a reason to take off early from work and get some seat time? This is your opportunity to come out and enjoy 4 x 20-minute sessions on track at Motorsport Ranch in Cresson Texas for only $175! The track will be hot at 2 PM and we will run until 6 PM. Apex Afternoon Novice Entry $175 - The Novice group is perfect for those new to being on track with 0-3 events under your belt. Keep in mind you will not have a personal instructor at this event but we will have some lead-follow volunteers to show your group around the track along with classrooms to go through the basics of staying safe on track.
Apex Afternoon Intermediate Entry $175 - The intermediate group is a bit more relaxed and the pace will be down from the advanced group with 3-8 track days experience. The expectation is that these drivers know the basics of safety, passing and they're comfortable with being on track and won't need direction.
Apex Afternoon Advanced Entry $175 - If you already know MSR's 1.7, your car, yourself, and you're looking to push your pace, the Advanced group is for you. The same DOs and DON’Ts and you'll be passing with point-bys anywhere on the track. It's perfect for anyone with more than 8 track days of experience.
Tentative Schedule:
1:00 PM- Registration Opens to pick up your welcome envelope
1:40 PM- Mandatory Driver's meeting for all
2:00 PM - Advanced Group (pass anywhere with point): Session 1 and MANDATORY NOVICE BRIEFING / CLASSROOM 1
2:20 PM - Intermediate Group: Session 1
2:40 PM - Novice Group: Paced Laps, MANDATORY INTERMEDIATE GROUP, and ADVANCED GROUP BRIEFING
3:00 PM - Advanced Group: Session 2 (pass anywhere with point)
3:20 PM - Intermediate Group: Session 2
3:40 PM - Novice Group: Session 2 and MANDATORY NOVICE BRIEFING / CLASSROOM 2
4:00 PM - Advanced Group: Session 3 (pass anywhere with point)
4:20 PM - Intermediate Group: Session 3
4:40 PM - Novice Group: Session 3
5:00 PM - Advanced Group: Session 4 (pass anywhere with point)
5:20 PM - Intermediate Group: Session 4
5:40 PM - Novice Group: Session 4
6:00 PM - Track is cold
